Why do you wake up and feel like crap? Why do you not sleep well? Why do you have constant cravings to carbs and sweets? Why are you gaining weight even though you feel like you are “watching what you eat?” Do you feel like you are doing something wrong? Guess what!  It is not your fault!

You may not remember, but at one time the Tobacco industry added even more nicotine to cigarettes just so they would keep people ADDICTED to smoking cigarettes and therefore, make even more money!

Well, if you can believe it – that is what the food industry is doing at this very moment!  They have created and have access to thousands of toxic chemicals being added to your foods to keep you addicted and coming back for more.

You know it is against the law to give alcohol to minors (young children). You know it is against the law to give minors (young children) cigarettes.

So, why isn’t it also against the law for the food industry to manufacture food that is a dis-service to you, your children and all families, causing you to have unhealthy cravings, addictions and eventually very serious health issues?

Why is it that certain ingredients and health warnings don’t have to be listed on the labels? Don’t you have the right to know exactly what you are eating?

“Hungry For Change” is a documentary that will answer all of these questions for you, and more! My husband, Dr. Ray and I watched this movie recently and it is very empowering!

We talk to Sheila who is on prescription meds for depression and is desperate to get off.
