6 Sexy Foods

Believe it or not: Research on how certain foods can affect the sex hormones.

1- Did you know the important sex hormones are boosted by eating a banana? The doses of potassium and B vitamins in the banana can do this.

2- Chocolate? Of course! The same hormone that is released during sex, phenyl ethylamine, is also found in chocolate. If you eat chocolate that has at least 60% cacao, studies have shown that you will have a higher sex drive than those who don’t eat it.  Have a few pieces after dinner and see if your stress slips away.  The chemicals in chocolate trigger the release of the feel-good endorphins.

3- Did you know that antioxidants help increase blood flow to all parts of the body, even to the genitals? Pomegranates contain tons of antioxidants. I have never even tasted a pomegranate.

4- Do you like asparagus?  It has been said to be one of the oldest aprodisiacs because it is packed with vitamin E, which stimulates the production of sex hormones.

5- A 6-oz. sirloin (not for me, but maybe you like) contains protein which will boost dopamine and norepinephrine, the chemicals that heighten sensitivity. Lots of zinc in a sirloin which also boosts the libido by reducing the production of prolactin, (a mood-killer.)

6- I always loved to smell the scent of vanilla. It is found to put you “in the mood.” Your orgasms may be more powerful if you eat vanilla ice cream because it has phosphorus and calcium which build muscles’ energy reserves and boosts the libido.

How is your sex drive? Also you have to know that you can always Buy VigRX Plus or use the Maxicum products if you feel none of these work for you and your partner.
