To "Breathe" means to inhale and exhale consecutively, drawing oxygen from the air, through the lungs.

The dictionary definition of "Breathe" is:  To draw air into and expel it from the lungs : respire; broadly : to take in oxygen and give out carbon dioxide through natural processes - to  inhale and exhale freely.

There are many books written on the proper way to breathe.  A baby innately knows how to breathe when it is born.

To breathe is to live, not to breathe is to die.  You can not exist without air more than a few minutes.  Breathing is so automatic that we don't even think about it.

Most people breathe shallowly which is not the healthy way to breathe.

The way you use your lungs controls your health, your energy and your resistance to disease.  Learn how to breathe correctly so that you will have a happier and healthier life.
