Daily affirmations are statements that you say or read to yourself and declare to be true on a daily basis.  They should always be in the present tense.  And they should always be positive.  For example you would not want to say:

I am trying or I am going to be healthy in body, mind and spirit.

Say:  I am healthy in body, mind and spirit now.

Some more good daily affirmations are:

"My job is fulfilling and I am compensated well"
"I know that my healing is already in process"
"I am healthy, healed and whole"
"I now attract the perfect partner into my life"
"My friends are mutually loving and supportive"
