Dangers of soy refers to symptoms women have that:

  • will not go away

  • can not be diagnosed

  • have been diagnosed wrong

Soy has noted as a "healthy food" for menopausal symptoms, mostly for hot flashes.  You have heard that for years.

There is a difference between the soy in the U.S. that is mostly processed and is not healthy for you and that which is fermented and used in Asian countries.

Unless it is fermented such as tempeh or miso, it is not healthy for you and can cause harm to some people.  It is a cheap ingredient and is listed in many, many processed foods you eat everyday.

Also, it is disguised under different names.  Educate yourself, be aware.
