Menopause is a natural transition in a woman's life, and yet there are many menopause treatments available.

The symptoms that 40% and more women experience, are due to the body trying to adjust to the change in hormones as the child-bearing years have come to an end.

Typically there is less estrogen and progesterone at this time.  The symptoms most women experience if they do have any symptoms are:

  • night sweats

  • hot flashes

  • vaginal dryness

  • bleeding

  • moodiness

  • depression

  • irritability

I would always urge you to do research regarding a natural menopause treatment and start with that.  Many women have found relief from using homeopathic remedies, certain herbs, working with their diets and exercise routines, etc.

It does not have to be a time for prescription medication with side effects if you try a natural approach first.  Sometimes it is only a matter of increasing the progesterone which will help to balance the estrogen that is there.  For more info on this, check here.

If you do have vaginal dryness or night sweats, I can recommend something for you.  Contact [email protected] for help.
