There are signs of stress that you need to pay attention to.

Stress can affect your moods, your physical body and the way you treat yourself and others.  If you ignore the signs of stress and it is not dealt with, it can have serious affects on your health by leading to obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease. 

When your body thinks there is a threat or that you are in danger, it releases the stress hormones of cortisol and adrenaline to counteract the affect.  It happens no matter what.

You could be imagining a stressful situation or it could really be happening to you, your body does not know the difference.

Everyone has stress but it is how you deal or cope with the stress that really matters.  Your body was not designed to live under stressful conditions from day to day.  If you lose your health, what do you have?
