  • the importance of a good skincare system – what you use on your skin affects the health of your whole body
  • taking better care of self – how much time do you have for yourself so you can give back?
  • how to activate fat-burning hormones instead of fat storing hormones

Everyone has different needs so working as partners we will discover exactly what your desires are to have a happy, healthy and purposeful life.

The Lighten-Up! Weight Loss System was developed and used by Dr. Ray Goddard twelve years ago. As his coach, I helped him safely lose 70 pounds and keep it off. Our system was also used successfully in our clinic in Castle Rock, Colorado.
