Have you noticed all the drug commercials on television and the radio trying to get your attention?  The author of this article points out the pharmaceutical advertising which is targeted toward females from the time you go through puberty all the way up to menopause and beyond. Be assured, they have a menopause treatment for you! I honestly prefer the treatments from https://reportshealthcare.com/. Please be aware of this.  It is called scare tactics to get you to succumb to the fear they are constantly trying to create. You can have much more control of your body by natural methods than they... (Read More ...)

I love this article.  It is clear that Jennifer makes her own choices about her body, even against her doctor’s advice if she feels it is not in her best interest.  She has a great attitude about perimenopause (and menopause) which helps to pave her way through this transition with grace and ease. If you have perimenopause symptoms, why not investigate the herbal suggestions in this article as Jennifer did.  You will want to do your research or contact an Herbalist who is experienced in that area. Another solution is to read about and become familiar with what Dr. John Lee recommended. ... (Read More ...)

I love sharing this article with you because I am sure it is something you can relate to.  I have said things like this in the past, years ago before learning about how important it is to try to live in the present moment. Everyone experiences menopause in a different way.  Read the article to see if Dr. Fay mentions something that may help you with your “menopausal” state of mind and/or body. Coping With Midlife Challenges by Dr. Fay Whitbourne WHILE not exactly the period some would describe as the prime of their lives, being a middle-aged woman does... (Read More ...)

As a dieter trying to lose weight, do you eat or drink anything that contains aspartame? When my client Shalene told me she had been trying to lose weight, she also said she had struggled everyday with her sugar addiction.  She found it very difficult to get through the day without sugar. So as a dieter, she switched from sugar to aspartame.  As Shalene put it,  “After all, aspartame doesn’t have any calories and it has an okay taste.” Unfortunately, most people do what Shalene did.  They start using artificial sweeteners like aspartame, thinking they are doing something good... (Read More ...)

I went to the Farmers Market in our little town last Saturday. Every year, I can’t wait for the Farmers Market to come.  It is only here from mid July until the end of September and always crowded since it is such a short season. I overheard some women debating about why should they be concerned about buying food that is organic.  One lady said, “What is the big deal?”  Another said, “I am healthy and have never really focused on the foods I eat or the ones I buy from the grocery store.” So, what is the big deal? It is a big deal!  The picture above is of Chris... (Read More ...)
