  • Organic food costs a little more, but for me, it has been a small price to pay for the benefits to my health in menopause. I have gone from needing a heart transplant, being kept alive by a pacemaker and drugs, to have a measurable increase in my heart function due to many factors, but the major one is good fuel for my body in menopause.
